What are your shipping costs?
SHIPPING Items are sent via courier with signature on delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed Mon-Fri within 24 hours of receiving your payment into our account. Items generally take 1-3 working days to arrive, please allow extra time for weekends, public holidays and rural addresses.
NEW ZEALAND
Flat rate of $7 including to rural addresses.
If you live in or near Tauranga you may pick up from us at no cost. You will need to pre-arrange a time.
AUSTRALIA
Flat rate $25 (DHL Couriers 2 - 5 working days)

Can I return an item?
No returns on sale items
We offer to refund your payment in full if you find a fault with your purchase that was not mentioned in the details.

How do you measure the garments & footwear?
Garments are measured laying flat and across one side then doubled for the circumference

Waist: Across waist/slimmest part through the body of the garment
Length: Top of shoulder to end of garment
Skirts

Inner sole: Approx measurement of inside sole
