This is a pretty Summer dress from Kilt, size tag says petite, please check measurements.

A dark smoky grey with a lighter aqua green patterning. Sheer floaty fabric with ruched ties to the top of the sleeves and  ties at the back so can be pulled in (to the front or back) for a fitted look.
